Other Real Assets
A good deal is a deal that makes money and drives a return above your given hurdle rate.
While we are predominately hotel focused, we are always looking for good investments, including those in other real estate classes such as multifamily, student housing, senior housing, office, and industrial.
We would be open to forming a co-GP structure to invest in these other asset classes, preferring to have partners with extensive experience investing, repositioning, and operating assets in their field.
Special Situations
We believe the next phase of the cycle will produce significant opportunities across special situations, rescue capital, recapitalizations, and opportunistic credit strategies as the market continues repricing to a higher-rate environment. We are ready to lean in!
We are looking for mispriced opportunities or situations which require creative structuring expertise. Nobody underwrites like us…we are the best at analyzing an opportunity, creating the optimal cap stack, finding the fulcrum in a deal, and determining which position to deploy into and at what sizing and pricing.
